Replacement requests must be submitted within 24 hours of lead access.

2. Non-Eligible Cases

The following situations do not qualify for replacement or refund:

  • Customer changes requirements.
  • Customer purchased property elsewhere.
  • Customer delays decision-making.
  • Buyer fails to contact the lead promptly.
  • Buyer fails to convert the lead.

3. Review Process

  • Approve replacement requests.
  • Reject replacement requests.
  • Request supporting evidence.

The final decision shall be made by the platform after review.

4. Refund Policy

Lead purchases are generally non-refundable.

Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances where:

  • Technical errors occur.
  • Duplicate charges occur.
  • Platform processing errors occur.

Approved refunds may be credited to:

  • User wallet
  • Platform account balance
  • Original payment method

5. Quality Assurance
