1. Replacement Eligibility
A lead may qualify for replacement if:
- Mobile number is invalid.
- Contact information is incorrect.
- Lead is duplicated within the platform.
- Lead information substantially differs from submitted details.
- Lead fails platform verification standards.
Replacement requests must be submitted within 24 hours of lead access.
2. Non-Eligible Cases
The following situations do not qualify for replacement or refund:
- Customer does not answer calls.
- Customer is unavailable.
- Customer changes requirements.
- Customer purchased property elsewhere.
- Customer delays decision-making.
- Buyer fails to contact the lead promptly.
- Buyer fails to convert the lead.
3. Review Process
All replacement requests are reviewed by our quality team.
LeadsMarketplace.in reserves the right to:
- Approve replacement requests.
- Reject replacement requests.
- Request supporting evidence.
The final decision shall be made by the platform after review.
4. Refund Policy
Lead purchases are generally non-refundable.
Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances where:
- Technical errors occur.
- Duplicate charges occur.
- Platform processing errors occur.
Approved refunds may be credited to:
- User wallet
- Platform account balance
- Original payment method
as determined by LeadsMarketplace.in.
5. Quality Assurance
Our verification process includes:
- Contact validation
- Duplicate checks
- Data quality review
- Lead authenticity review
However, lead conversion cannot be guaranteed.
6. Policy Updates
LeadsMarketplace.in may update this policy periodically without prior notice.
